Meats, Poultry, (no Dairy) Egg yolks Bone broth, gelatin Chicken, Turkey Meats w/o antibiotics or sugar No milk/cheese/yogurt Fish and Seafood Canned tuna/salmon/sardines Fresh fish – wild caught e.g. Salmon Cod, Sole Haddock Snapper Trout Seafood e.g. Crab Lobster Shrimp Oysters Squid Fruit (1 cup/ day) Banana: fresh & dried Blueberries <80 Boysenberry/ Blackberries Cantaloupe Honeydew and Galia melons Grapes Peaches/ Nectarines Kiwifruit, cranberry (no sugar) Lemon & Lime Mandarin/ Clementine Orange/ Grapefruit Apricots, Plums Papaya, Passion fruit Pineapple Raspberry – 10 Strawberry Oils Olive Avocado Coconut Animal fat Butter – pastured / Ghee Condiments Vinegars / Pickles Spices / Mustard Herbs – no garlic or onions Dextrose – small amounts Salts Stevia – NO Sugar Nuts & Seeds Almonds – 15 max – flour 2 T Brazil nuts, Macadamia – 10 max Coconut flakes/flour ¼ c. Sunflower or pumpkin seeds – 2 TBS No grains, flours, breads, seeds, beans/legumes, or tubers/potatoes allowed. Follow strictly for 12 wks.
